Gluten free fudgy chocolate cake

Due to my future mother in law’s gluten intolerance, she doesn’t get to sample many of my cakes (that plus living 200 miles away doesn’t help!!)  This weekend the future in-laws and the ‘laws’ all met up for a celebratory glass or two of bubbles to celebrate Mr E&G popping the question.
